Details of Participation:
The Associate must provide proof of Marriott discount eligibility in the form of a valid discount card or company ID. The Associate must be a purchaser on the contract, must hold title to the property for at least 3 years and must be on the loan should the purchase be financed in order to receive the discount. Certain inventory types may be restricted. Excludes premier platinum inventory. The discount is based on the current list price at the time the contract is written. The program applies to select developer inventories for Marriott’s Lakeshore Reserve. The purchaser is responsible for paying all closing costs. Closing costs vary based on inventory purchased and corresponding price. Marriott’s Lakeshore Reserve is under construction and has a projected first phase occupancy date of June 2010, and will be located at 11120 Lakeshore Reserve Drive-Orlando, FL 32837.
